Roots semi hardy, leaves tender. Dies back in cold winter areas.

Feeding

None generally needed.

Spacing

Single Plants: 70cm (2' 3") each way (minimum)
Rows: 70cm (2' 3") with 1.00m (3' 3") row gap (minimum)

Sow and Plant

Start with a purchased plant and transplant it from early spring to mid summer.

Notes

Lemon grass loves being cut back and this will encourage more growth. Mulch well in cold winter areas.

Harvesting

Leave the plant to develop some thick stems before starting to harvest.
