About this Garden Plan
This is our first attempt to supply 2 people through to the next growing season with corn, beans, potatoes. carrots, onions, cauliflower, cabbage, beats and herbs we use on a regular basis. The tomatoes are eaten fresh, made into chili and spaghetti sauce and frozen. The cucumbers, lettuce, spinach and radishes are consumed fresh through the year.
