About this Garden Plan

2014 Garden Project for Class. Intercropping, three sisters, Companion planting, and Succession planting. I had lots of fun creating this, I took some design ideas from my grandfathers garden over seas, and others from the far reaches of my imagination.

Plan Notes

Companion plantings: Zucchini, Corn, Beans; Sunflowers, Cucumbers, Radishes Intercropping: Radishes, Carrots; Celery, Cauliflower, 2 Broccoli Succession Planting: Lettuce will be planted in the corner, about 2 weeks later the radishes will be planted. When the lettuce is harvested the radishes will be able to keep growing; Spinach and lettuce in southern beds. Spinach will be planted in both beds, one of the beds will be a cut harvested to allow them to grow on. The other bed will be fully harvested and the lettuce will be planted.
