About this Garden Plan
10", 12", and 24" deep raised beds (because I am "blessed" with tough, alkaline, clay soil). Self made mulch and compost using mostly kitchen scraps, horse manure, leaves, grass clippings, and cotton seed meal blended sparingly with my clay soil. Had these beds for five years, each year I "share" less with bad bugs and notice stronger presence of good bugs.
