Raspberry

Squash (Summer)
 V. Yel.Squash - Early Prolific
1030cm30cm x 30cmZucchini Early Prolific Straightneck (seeds) Cucurbita pepo Early maturing courgettes with yellow fruits. The color is beautifully uniform, sunny yellow. The fruits grow on bushy plants that do not require much space. With us, it's even excellent in a large bucket, with lots of fruit. The fruit quality is excellent, lots of flavor for a zucchini and a delicate, finely structured texture. A puree made from the fruit is great for thickening tomato sauce or as a base for pan-frying. The older the fruit gets, the more liquid the mass becomes; fruit that is harvested very young contains less water. The variety already scooped prizes for its goodness in 1938. 10 seeds Location: sun, partial shade Life form: annual Applicable parts: fruits Use: Vegetables Height: 40cm
Squash (Winter)
 Waltham Butternut (Organic)
490cm90cm x 90cmPumpkin Waltham Butternut (seeds) Cucurbita moschata Sought after in South Africa. Fruits look like an elongated pear. The entire neck is full of pulp, which is very easy to process, only at the bottom of the fruit is a small chamber with seeds. It is an extremely productive gourd. The peel can remain on while cooking, it will soften. Leave a maximum of 8 fruits per plant. 7 seeds Location: sun, semi-shade Life form: annual Use: vegetables Usable parts: fruit, flowers Growth height: 40cm
Strawberry
 Strawberry Meadow Annelie
1338cm38cm x 60cmStrawberry Meadow Annelie (plant) Fragaria x vescana A cross between garden strawberries and wild strawberries with the aim of breeding a large-fruited variety that has the taste of wild strawberries and can be grown on a large scale. The plants form a large number of runners that remain on the mother plant. In this way you can green small and large areas in a short time. The strawberries are cultivated as a "meadow". The plants are more durable than normal garden strawberries and can stay in the same place for up to 8 years. Annelie is a Swedish forerunner of the well-known Florika variety from Germany. It was bred in Balsgård in 1977. The fruits are medium-sized and shiny. The taste is sweet, they have a good aroma. Location: sun, partial shade Life form: hardy / perennial Use: fruit, tea, healing Usable parts: fruits, leaves, flowers Growth height: 15cm Pot size: 0.35l
Sweetcorn
 Damaun
4035cm30cm x 45cmZuckermais Damaun (Samen) Zea mays convar. sacharata Der erste, samenechte, supersüße Zuckermais!
Tomatillo
 Cisineros
890cm90cm x 90cmTomatillo Cisineros (Seeds) Physalis ixocarpa This variety produces well-formed, large fruits. They reach a diameter of 6cm. Cisineros are perfect for the most famous Mexican sauce Salsa Verde, which is used as a topping for taccos and enchiladas, for example. For this, do not let the fruits ripen completely, but harvest them when they are still apple-green. Then they taste fruity-sour and give the sauce its typical taste. Recipe: Salsa Verde 300g tomatillos, 1 onion, 4 serrano chilies, 4 cloves garlic, 1 small bunch cilantro, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp lime juice, salt. Roast tomatillos, chilies and onion in a pan for 5min and puree with all other ingredients or pound in a mortar. Speciality: always plant at least two plants next to each other for sufficient fertilization. 30 grain Habitat: sun, partial shade Life form: annual Usable parts: Fruits Use: fruit, vegetable Height of growth: 150cm Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
Tomato (Cherry)
 Maglia Rosa
850cm45cm x 60cmTomato Maglia Rosa (Bush Tomato) (Seeds) Lycopersicon esculentum Pink mini bottle tomato with light pink stripes on the skin. Has the best flavor when the tomatoes are not yet fully ripe, but are light pink. The breeder himself says so, Fred Hempel. It is a sister strain to Blush, Green Tiger, and Lucky Tiger. However, Maglia Rosa has not been commercially available on a large scale, but has remained a popular variety. Delicious as a snack tomato, to take with you to school breakfasts or office lunches, they're the perfect hand-to-mouth size without 'slobbering'. 10 seeds Location: sun, semi-shade Life form: annual Applicable parts: fruits Usage: vegetables Height: 150cm
Tomato (Regular)
 San Marzano Nano
850cm45cm x 60cmTomato San Marzano Nano (bush tomato) (seeds) Lycopersicon esculentum The famous tomato but in bush form. The plants do not grow taller than 80cm. They stand on a stable handle and do not need to be untied. If you don't have much space, you should choose this one. It's a variety that grows even on the windowsill. With good care, the plants there are also perennial. We once had a plant that was three years old and bore fruit every year. Of course, that wasn't easy for us either: aphids came, ladybugs came, aphids went, ladybugs stayed. After carrying, the shoots died and we cut off the plants to just above the still green part. New, healthy shoots grew and bore fruit again, sometimes even in the middle of winter. In the end, the robust plant fell victim to the curiosity of a two-year-old. It's a pity, but the experiment was also so interesting. The fruits are elongated, slightly pointed at the front. The flesh is firm and does not contain much water. A very good sauce and soup tomato. 10 seeds Location: sun, semi-shade Life form: annual Applicable parts: fruits Usage: vegetables Growth height: 80cm
Tomato (Regular) 250cm45cm x 60cm
Tomato (Regular)
 Delicious
650cm45cm x 60cmTomato Delicious (bush tomato) (seeds) Lycopersicon esculentum Named as it tastes. Delicious means delicious: and it really is! It is the variety that got the world's largest tomato into the Guinness Book of World Records in 1986, weighing an incredible 5736g. It was introduced in the USA in 1964, after 14 years of intensive breeding work and selection. However, the tomatoes were not that gigantic in our case, they were more of a normal size, weighing around 600g. The plants only grow to a height of about one meter and form plentiful, large, red beefsteak tomatoes. Full of flavors, sweet, fine acidity. A perennial favorite in cultivation. Without a doubt, the tomato lives up to its name. 10 seeds Location: sun, partial shade Life form: annual Applicable parts: fruits Use: Vegetables Height: 100cm
